I've been looking at some Toyota MX83 Cressida's on the Internet. I then came across this image of the rear armrest been put down. Can some please tell me what the white circle is, what is that thing there?
Thanks.

Dunno? It's not factory from what ive seen. Could just be someones cut a hole there to stick something through cause the back seats dont fold down?

My guess is it's some sort of bass reflex hole.

I thought tissue dispenser and bass relfex hole to. Dunno really a hole so they peak thru and check the dead bodies to make sure they are infact dead.
Looks odd and doesn't look like anything i have seen from factory. You can pull the middle section down in my car so you can grab shit out of the boot but that hole doesn't even enable you to do that.

Intriguing. I have seen holes similar to that in toilet wall cubicles that are frequented by homosexuals............
Back on track........what is behind the hole? That would probably answer the question. Maybe you could put a child in the boot and have them pass beers through the hole to passengers in the rear seat

The sub has a blue LED in it that makes it glow blue when the bass comes on.
I made the box out of 18mm MDF and was designed shallow and wide to minimise the amount of space the box robs the boot of.
And, before you ask, yes i know the sub is upside down, it's like that on purpose. The box is so tight that the base of the box interferes with the terminals.

berry nice SIMDOG, its good to see some decent installs around these days, rather than bodgy half assed installs, that are oh-so-common.
well done
