havent had a look at the car, but i might know whos it is, interested to have a look myself, but sounds as what genkin says.
my ke20 will be up 4 grabs next week, 4k 4 speed, everything else original. average condition, 1000 bucks if your interested

my mate has a KE10 or something like that he wants to sell that is running and has been resprayed with line marking paint LOL  so you will match the tellow lines on the side of the road lol so its in average condition interior could do woith some fixing up but he only wants like $500 at the most probally could get him down a couple of hundred if your interested mate PM me if you are.
