well of course the motor would fit and ud have to swap your flywheel onto it and ofcould ud have to use your gearbox..
not sure if ud have any probs with the ECU.....do a search of the tech section..

Nah, no probs with the ECU. You'd just have to bridge the neutral start switch and you're away

Hey Chrisss,
I recently discovered that my engine is f*ck*d. It blows a fair amount of smoke and the oil light wont bugger off at revs > 1500rpm.
Instead of trying to fix it I'd just like to replace the engine.
Very interested in the engine.

cnoak I dont have icq or msm...
regin : well u have it pretty bad then...5me and auto is not a good mix..still even if u kept it as auto the 5mge is still a good upgrade - better performance and better economy.

for the record, MX73 cressidas did come in manual, although very rare, the MX83 was the only one released without a manual option.
