hey i am going to transplanting map GZE into my AE92 sx seca.
just wondering since the injectors are of larger capacity will i need to beef up my fuel supply with a bigger fuel pump??
if so i hav heard that the MA70 supra pump is a suitable fit?
main thing i need to no though is should i change it!!!

I have run my 20v silver top with a ae112 fuel pump and a 1jz supra fuel pump. It will run fine on both, but I suspect the ae112 pump has less pressure. Onthe supra pump the engine starts easier has a noticeable kick on the varible valves and gets much more wheelspin. Also get an efi fuel tank. Otherwise with less than a quarter tank of fuel you will starve the motor under heavy braking and conering.
Errr, if the pump is adequate, it shouldn't make any difference to to performance... It's only when the pump can't cope that it'll run out of fuel under higer load. The pressure is controlled by the reg, not the pump...
