TRD rear springs Thu, 17 November 2005 20:53 Go to next message
I am just wondering if anyone has used trd competition use rear springs. As i cant get any specifications on the springs except the strength. Im just trying to get a rough idea of what the rear ride height will be with the springs installed.

Are you talking about the TRD Japan Race springs or the TRD Sport springs. The Sport are rebadged Eibachs and give a small drop. The TRD Japan slams the hell out of the car.

The ones im looking at on greenline.jp says they are "competition use" and i looked up the part number on the trd site and trd's site says they are "coil spring for racing" so i am assuming these are the ones the car will be dumped, but does anyone have any measurements of ride height, or measurements of the springs????

thanks

hmm, this info would also be of some use to me...

but it seems that the "coil spring for racing" from greeline (i love that site) would be the lower one....

could anyone back this up?

When I bought New TRD race springs 6kg rear and 8kg front I had info supplied with them that said they would drop the ride height by 50-60mm.
It actually said Front 60mm drop and Rear 50mm drop as I got a set of four.
