I know this is really exciting but my jack is only going 1/2 as high as it used to..

does anyone know the procedure for topping up.

theres some screw at the rear but do you take it all the way out or what? wheres the oil go in?

jack looks like this
there is no instructions on it..

Yes, let the jack right down pull the screw right out and top up with hydraulic oil. Then replace the screw then it should jack right up again no problems.
