I should just point out here that we have a policy of no animated avatars since a) they are annoying and b) they are more likely to be larger in size.
To the person who's animated avatar I just approved by mistake, consider yourself lucky.. for now..

Nope, it's no in the que.
Are you uploading the avatar? Or sticking a URL in?
We've disabled the URL avatars...
This is what you have to do:
 Download that image onto your hard drive.
Go into your profile and in the Custom Avatar File section, click on browse.
Choose the image.
And click Update.
