Id say at least 17's since there is about 3mm gap between the calipers and the 16's on the ST205 and that has 315mm discs. Sorry cant tell you exactly though.

what calipers are you using? dpending on the profile of the caliper, you may get under a 16". for ref, one 16" wheel im looking at has an ID of 383mm at the hubface, 397mm at the rear edge. thats JUST big enought to squeeze in a 310mm rotor with a toyota sumitomo st205 caliper.
is youre using the supra mkiv calipers, i suspect youll need to go 17" ive seen these under the stock toyota 17's and there aint much room!
