I don't know whats up with mine at the moment but I'm only getting 300kms MAX to a tank...
I think I might get a new fuel filter, get the injectors cleaned and if need be, take the tank out and clean that out...

if you are only getting 300km from a 50 litre tank you car is running in fault mode which gives it a WOT{wide open throttle} fuel map. this is caused by a oxygen sensor fault etc.

My fuel economy varies greatly depending on my driving style. I used about a full tank getting from Gold Coast to Coffs last week (that included a few stints at over 190km/h on the highway and pretty much cruising at around 140 for the rest of the trip).
Result - 330km or so out of the tank.
The next leg of the journey was spent at more sedate speeds and the next tank last me till I got home.
Result - 520km (approx) from the tank
Conclusion - If i drive like a f%^#wit, I'll get bad fuel economy!

When I say "a tankfull" I generally refer to anything between 35 and 40L. I know the tank is technically 50L, but I just can't bear to bring myself to keep driving it for another 50-100kms after the light comes on and the gauge hits empty...

When I had my 4age I would get about 500km to a tank of petrol.
With my gze though i only get between 300 and 350km to a tank, pretty bad in my opinion

OK I'm confused. I get 400 or so km out of my tank but I can only put in about 34-35km util the pump registeres as a full tank.
Whats goin on. I know its supposed to be 50L but I can only put 34.
My other question: How many km after the fuel light comes on will you get out of the fuel left in the tank? (approx)

I'll just clear up a few things here...
I'm getting 300kms to a tankfull, 35 litres, driving Ms. Daisy... I drive like a fu#@wit and I get nowhere and go through too much petty, or I drive like a grandma on one of her slow days and I get 300kms to a tank...
Thanks Mick... I'll ask at work about that one and see if they can work out if thats teh prob with mine...

My worst ever was 275kms, i must have been really geed up or pissed off that week!!!
My best was around the 500+kms on the highway doing around 110km/h.
I average 380-420 doing all city driving, and i put in 38-42 litres every time, so i average 10L per 100kms, which is pretty good for an 11yr old car.

I've done 570 on a tank, and when I filled it, got 47 litres in it - that was from Gold Coast to Taree averaging 120Km/h, and yes the fuel light was on for a significant amount of time, and yes I was sweating...
Around the city I get about 10 litres per 100km on PULP. Recently my fuel gauge has started to be inaccurate though. Fuel light comes on about 350km instead of the usual 400 i used to get.
The trip from from the Gold Coast was the first night i had the car with no mods. Now it is running a Powerchip with a Rampod. And I give it a lot of stick driving around the city...

dunno if this helps, but i've got a 95 rolla 7afe w/ a *supposedly* 50L tank that also only ever fills up 35L.
If I've driven it for AGES after the petrol light has come on lots of times, the MOST I can put in is 40L.
