Is the RA65 stud pattern and offset etc the same as an AE86?
Are there any other makes/models with the same as well?

Yes, most small-medium RWD Toyotas have the same PCD and offset as the above. Datsuns also have the same PCD and similar offset from memory.

What about 180sx and starion stud pattern? will these fit the AE86 at all??? A freind offered me some cheap mags off his written off starion today and I'm keen to know...

Yeah, the 180SX and Starion both share the 4x114.3 stud pattern as well. The offset for the 180Sx might be a bit whacked though
