I need to get a new security system (immobiliser and keyless entry) for my car and I want to know some good brands. I had a Mongoose system on the old car and it was great, but I've just been told of one called Auto Watch and that it was better (also cheaper). What have you guys know about the Auto Watch??

Three of my mates have Auto Watch security on their cars (2 Soarers, 1 Skyline), they've got auto-window roll up on arming, immobiliser (3-pt? I can't remember), back-up battery etc etc... I remember the prices $500 mates rates and $700 in the Skyline. I was planning on getting a Viper system fitted but I haven't been able to find a store that sells them. I've also heard that Flashpoint is also pretty good... black wiring, back-up siren etc... $650 installed

I don't want (or need) an alarm, just the immobiliser.

Apparently Rhino alarms are relatively cheap and are recommended by a couple of insurance companies.
