In the middle of the sprinter wheel (ugly thing that it is) you have that lovely little S, with the sparkly blue background.

That is just pressure fitted into the plastic part of the wheel, just get a flathead in behind it and out it pops, you could do it with your thumb nails even.

This will reveal a nut that holds the wheel onto the spline of the steering column

Enjoy

You may find the nut in the middle of the wheel fits one of the sockets of a wheel brace. Means you can use two hands for more leverage.
If the wheel doesn't come off, Supercheap sell a steering wheel remover kit for under $10. A lot less effort.

If the horn doesn't work, the old one finger salute usually does.

As the other poster said use a wheel brace to undo the big nut.
If the wheel is stuck tight and you don't have a puller, unscrew the big nut a few cm, and drive the car for a few days....it will come loose on the splines easier.
