I'm suprised Auto 1 don't have easy outs, I'm sure I've seen them at my local store. It's like a tapered screw, but the spiral/thread goes backwards. So once you've drilled a hole in the stuck bolt, you start threading this in, but anti-clockwise, and once the taper gets a grip it'll spin the bolt out.

You could try chiseling into the sides of it then using the chisel or a screwdriver with a hammer to knock it 'round so it undoes.

EDIT: plus give it a squirt with WD40 or penetrene or the like, the longer it can soak the better.

depends what the bolt is doing...
my usual tactic is grab a drill bit I have for the job (large diameter, excellent quality) and just drill the head of the bolt off, until just before the drill bit touches what the bolt's holding together.

then just a tap of a hammer and you can remove it.

of course if it's a sump plug that's a bad idea since it's a threaded bolt.

if you want some easy-outs, go to bbc or bunnings or hardware house, something like that... any decent hardware shop should have them
