Got a AE92 corolla 16 valve100 kw engine would like to replace
with a 20 valve.Will the ecu in the 16 valve engine run the 20 valve engine ok

no.

the 20V has the VVT system, so needs its own ECU and some minor wireing alterations.

There is plenty of info int he forums already about this conversion. Do a search and it should answer most of your questions Smile
