thanks for that grega,
where can i get the compression tested, so i can post you some results. if a local mechanic can do it then i can put it in the ute and take it down there to be tested, how much will it cost???

i can compression test it for you if the head gasket hasnt been broken. are you refering to the engine with the head removed. if the head gaskets been broken then youll have to redo it.
