Yeah just hook up a battery and some fuel lines with a pump! This is what i have done with my ST205 half cut so I can do some testing and some mods!
Just make sure the fans are working if you leave it running for too long!

Yeah, should only need a battery, some fuel hose, a bucket, a pump and some fuel. Shove the battery in, connect the fuel+return lines, connect the pump, sit in the bucket, put fuel in the bucket, check the oil, water, etc., then crank her over. Oh, and be careful not to fill the fuel system up with gunk, rust etc.! Let the fuel pump run for a minute or two, then it should start in a few cranks and probably cough and splutter for a bit then run fine. If it's a FWD, take it for a burl
