after driving for 10 yrs, I have had my first accident which is technically my fault.... or what do you think???
i was driving down midson rd eastwood... and as i came up to a merge after the lights near eastwood marist brothers school... this b1tch in a avalon cut left and accelerated past me then cut in front of me... leaving me little room to brake. i ended up hitting the back of her bumper on the right side.... no damage to my beastly twinky
arrgh.... what do you think... just accept it? i have 70% no claim bonus with protection??? do you think a bumper and respray will cost more than the excess of $400?
if u honestly think she cut in front of you, then fuck her up..it's her fault.
you've got a decent chance proving it too because you hit the back-right of her bumper..meaning she wasn't fully in the lane yet when you hit her.
u got any witnesses? and you didn't admit it was your fault to her did you?
this happened to someone else on toymods..he was in the car w/ his kid, and dickheads in a commodore kept cutting in front of him, so he hit them on purpose and the dore driver got charged w/ neg driving and had to pay damages.
