Hey when you say 4point roll cage does that mean it has the struts that run down to the rear parcel shelf hence making the back seat illegal for passengers?

Yep thats the one. you just have to take the back seatbelts out so no one can sit there.

who wants passengers anyway, all they do in the back is complain that there is a lack of room and that there legs are numb, so when they tell me that i slide the chair right back and they dont feel a thing
