Push or Pull Type Clutch?

I'm getting a quote for a clutch, and the guy asked if it was a pull or a push type clutch. I said to the guy, no idea, so he gave me a quote for both.
Basically, I've got an early GA70 1GGTE and W58 going into my 81 Celica XX. What would it be, push or pull?

All W58's come with a push-type clutch. You'll find a pull-type clutch in cars with R154's and V160's.

Okay, will do. I just phoned a guy in Perth for a heavy duty pressure plate, machine the flywheel and replace the thrust bearing for $380.
Had a mate with a 1GGTE in his GZ10 Soarer who recommended them, and he said it held up well. And he was a MUCH more aggressive driver and much harder on the the clutch than I am
Will send e-mail to YellowRolla now.

Just a quick question, are the bolts on the flywheel reverse threaded ie. go the opposite way?

I've pulled plenty of clutches and flywheels off Toyota engines (including a 1G-GTE last weekend) and I've yet to come across a reverse-threaded bolt...
