auto to manual conversion

OK, so this is simple to a lot of people, but not to me
Can anyone give me a shopping list for me to convert my auto GA70 Supra to a manual transmission?
I know it's prolly like any other auto to manual conversion, so what do I need? (e.g. gearbox, clutch, pedal box, yadda yadda yadda)
And also, which code (like, W57, W58, R154, etc) gearbox should I be getting for this conversion?
Thanks.

I'd be putting a W58 behind your 1GGTE as they came with this from the factory.

Tailshaft is different also, but it's often easier just to get your existing one modified.

Take it to a tailshaft specialist. They will shorten or lengthen it to your specifications.

Awesome!
Well, I've been offered a W57 (I know W58 would be better) with mounts and 1G bellhousing for an alright price.
There is also someone possibly with a flywheel for sale (not sure how much they want for it yet).
What are the things I need for the actual clutch assembly?
What are the things that make up the clutch pedal components?
Thanks
