1G-GE & 1G-GTE similarities...

Hey there!
This is a long shot but is there any 1G experts that can tell me how similar the heads are on a 1GGE and a 1GGTE.
Its just that i have a 1GGTE and a spare 1GGE and if the heads (valves mainly) are the same, i will keep it. Otherwise i might as well piss it off!

I don't think any 1g has oil sqirters.
The pistons will be differnt(different compression.)
I think the heads will also be different.
The 1g-ge head should fit but i don't think it would be useful to do.

Yeah thanx guys,
Im just wondering really if its worth keeping the 1GGE head just for the valves. I have a suspicion i may have burnt a valve in my 1GGTE due to running it to lean! its puffing a bit of black weird smoke, and idling weirdly!
