Gear shift help!

I need some help with what might be wrong. Those who own a 6 speed supra might be able to help and if they experienced the problem in theirs. Most of the time when I'm changing gears, it feels smooth but other times it feels quite rigidity and stiff and in some cases I've had to force it into place. Would anybody know whats wrong or what I could try.

how many kms has it done, and do you know if it's had a hard life?
the synchros might be a bit warn (like they are in my supra 5-speed). sometimes you get great gearchanges, other times I have to double clutch it

Air in the clutch hydraulics can also cause symptoms like this... my Celica has the same problem. I have to get off my arse and fix it some day; it's not a difficult job, but it's messy!
Has your clutch fluid ever got very low, or does the fluid level go down over time? If so, this could be your problem (ie air bubbles). You can fix it by bleeding the system.
