I may be interested in the diff...providing it is in excellent nick. (I bought a supposedly "excellent" one from a wrecker and had it put in the car, only to find that it's noisier (a LOT!) than the one it replaced...
How long has it been sitting around?

it had no noise when it was being driven, has been sitting for about 6 months

How much for the diff alone?
(As you know, I also have a 4k engine/5-speed box sitting around, so I don't need those...)
