Complete new manifolds need to be made
I'll be using the standard ECU and crossmember.
As for the mounts, i'll be using a combination of the TA22 and 2S mounts.
TA22-3SGTE Trevor is the expert on this subject. I have been learning everything from him.(Thanks Trevor).
I actually received some pictures of his beast just the other night
Trevor, if you read this thread let me know if you want me to host the pictures and post them on here!

Gabe
With gap-less ring the top ring is a normal ring and the second ring is classed as gap-less which is actually two rings half the width of normal rings which are fitted onto the ring groove with their gaps 180 degrees apart which give a near total seal , I've also sent Shane some pics of a inlet manifold I've been making .
Shane could you post the pics up here , thank you .

Yes it is a CT26 from a ST165 Group A , Rear wheel and housing is standard and front is 50mm wheel compared to 40mm on standard CT26 .

Doesn't look like your TVIS is gonna work real well trev
And I like what you've done to fix your actuator, I'm having troublt with my wastegate staying shut too. How well does it work?

TVIS butterfly's & shafts were removed then the TVIS plate was cut out between the twin runners to port match to the head then the dividing section between the runners were blended to a knife edge as no to affect flow .
The spring on the wast-gate works very well , this spring gives me 21psi on low boost and 26psi on high , I have a bleed solenoid for high and low boost .( Switch on dash ) .
