how many different types of 2b20 turbos are there and which one would siut a 4agte setup for faster spool ups

As far as I know, there's 3 main kinds

1. Old school (e.g. R31) 'NICS' engine plain bearing
2. R32 ball bearing, silver rocker cover
3. Cefira and similiar plain bearing, black rocker cover

Obviously everyone tries to claim #2!
