myth
i am the man you need to speak to... i have 2 mk2 corona's... both 2 doors... both white... one manual, one auto, manual one is very clean and doesn't get much better than it in an original untouched since factory version... one is 74 (the auto i think) and the manual one is either 72 0r 73. but it doesn't matter coz they're both mx22's and both have 2M motors in them. the manual one is rough but good for parts such as motor, gearbox, diff, glass... etc... panels aren't too good.
the only problem is that i'm in sydney and that's not too close to you but you've got buckly's finding one of these cars anywhere else... you might be lucky but i'm sure you know how rare they are

They are rare as all hell. Mine is a 4door sedan, mx10 i think?
turns out im planning on selling it soon anyway... Too much work and money involved to restore it, its my first car, and i want something that will go hard, and not be a worry, like an old torana with a 186, or 202 or something. You root the motor, like $100 for a new one, and they are easy to fit, and fix.
