A few AE82 TwinCam Questions !

Hi im just tuning up my engine and want to do a bit of a service myself...
* What is the most recommended oil brand and type for the 4AGE with 155,000km on it ?
* What brake/clutch fluid should I get ?
* I presume oil filter, fuel filter, dizzy cap, dizzy rotor and spark plug leads are best straight from toyota ?
* Im thinking of getting NGK Iridium plugs, opinions or any better ones ?
* Where in Sydney can I get a drop-in K&N filter for the standard box or any better ones ?

re: k&n drop in panel filters, try autoone, autobarn, super cheap auto. Just call around a few, you might have to order one in. They're around $110-$120 I think.
re: engine oil, it'd probly be easier for ppl to suggest a certain oil if they knew things like the engine's service/repair history and how it's been running and the current oil ur using? But if you told ME these things i'd still have no idea what to suggest
