Oil recommendation for LSD

I've got the car booked in to get the exhaust system checked for leaks on Thursday (by the guys who originally fitted it) and thought I'd get them to do the diff swap (open-centre - LSD), and so I need some advice...Given that the LSD is a hybrid (MX83 carrier/MA70 Supra LSD internals) it's going to need a complete fill with oil.
So, how much do I need, and what should I use? I've just had a quote from Toyota on their own "universal stuff (Part no. PZQ9900075, Viscosity rating 85W-90).
Is there better stuff out there? Something more "suited" to this particular diff?
Ideas anyone?

WHat about our Torsen LSD's . I have had little luck getting advice about what oil to run in my diff.
Since they are mechanical does that mean they only need gear oil and not friction modified lsd oil ??

do not run standard diff oil or you will fuck the diff....it will make a chattering sound and will begin to have problems...I use penrite LIMSLIP Box/diff oil..works great. Use Penrite HPR 40 engine oil, And Penrite Oil in box too....

So you're telling me to run friction modified lsd oil in a diff with no surfaces that require friction??
That is what I use now, because ..... well i didnt think about it B4
andit was recommended by a good friend who owns Manual transmission factory. He did not realise it was a torsen. So now I am looking to do a change with the correct oil this time.
Any suggestions? Penrite is ok for older style engines, but tolerances of high tech jap engines require a lighter oil.
