what is the flow of stock 4AGE fuel pump?? Thu, 20 March 2003 11:18 Go to next message
Hey all,
can't seem to find numbers anywhere for the flow of a stock fuel pump used with a 4AGE.
does anyone know what the flow is?
it must be at least 0.8L/min, 50L/hr as that is what the injectors flow (185's or 210's?) but how much overhead should there be.
alternatively, how much can a fuel pressure regulator flow?? could they flow double what they are meant to do in a stock application? ie could you double the size of the stock pump and not have pressure build up at idle?
any help is greatly appreciated.
Cya, Stewart
