gary - twas just the one pie, but it was a race to see who could eat that pie the fastest.
Danny - i dont know!?!?! i dont think so. Although he was complaining of the same symptoms i was (smelling nothing but off cream - due to inhaling it thru the nose).....
i went home and sorted salt water, and i can still sorta smell the cream!! its sooo gross!
BUT NEXT YEAR!! your dead davo!

Hey guys. Congrats to everyone again for a great day.
For those who missed out we had in total 11 neatly presented cars from the club including urs truely.
8 old school celicas
Tina's Celica cabriolet
Bens Corolla
and my Echo
Next year we want to see more toymodders enter. its a great day and even if your car is not up to top quality show standards it dont matter. if it looks neat and tidy show it. My echo was as stock as a rock and i showed it.
Its all about support for the club.
Anyway a good day was had by all. and with over 300 other cars to look at, laugh at and/or cringe at. it is a top eventi will be there next year for sure.

So does anyone know the deal with the next SCS?
Seeing as this one was last years SCS postponed, will there be another one this year at the normal time, or is the change permanent?

According to the form we got when we entered there will be another show held by the same guys at the same location later this year. However this show will be sound off based with a small show and shine thrown in. This sounds like ricers are us to me.
Oh yeah I had my car in the toymods display as well.

Awesome effort guys, but you did have the advantage of showing off some old school Toyota's. I doesn't seem fair really to put these classy machines in the same comp as a hyundai.
I am kicking myself for not being there. I wasn't going to show of my celica, (I wouldn't want anyone to look too closely at it ) but I did want to have a look around and see your display. Unfortunately I had to spend sunday cutting up a tree that was in my front yard on Friday
Anyhow Congrats all.

Hi Toymodders,
BIG CONGRATS to all!!! We put up an awesome display for the club, and were rewarded for our efforts.
The turnout was outstanding to say the least, 11 cars on the stand - the largest ever! All cars were very tidy and we were well dressed. Next year we will be back to take out more trophies!
Thanks to everyone who was there (from near and far) and helped, and those for supporting the club on the day. Also a big thanks for the donators of the materials used, and whom put it all together.
I had a great time on sunday, the pie eating comp was awesome- I cant believe I won the Pie Eating Champion title, especially after downing a large Quarter Pounder meal only an hour before hand. I didnt chuck, but thanks to the dude from Fast Forums Club who did - One less to compete with
Joe and I tried to get a reason for us being denied entry to SAS from the Auto Salon wankers- Aparently we aren't "HI-TEC" (No Red leads and 15kw stickers). At the end Joe and I couldn't justify losing 25 minutes of our lives while they spat Bullshit at us?
We had 8 celicas, An MR2, 1 Corolla, an an Echo,
If we get some more serious corlla/sprinter people next time, we could smash the Jetspeed club record of 23 and take another trophy. There was definety the widest range of Toyota Twin Cams In the Celicas there: 4AGTE, 1GGTE, 3TGTE, 1GGZE, 2TGEU, 18RG-U, 3SFE. And every second celica had SIMMONS Wheels!
Thanks again to everyone, see you at the next...
