MA61 Shocks/Springs

What are the available aftermarket spring options for the MA61? Does anyone have any data on the factory shock specifications?
(free height, compressed height, inside diameter and rate, in case of linear)?
Does anyone make slightly raised springs? (or maybe do custom springs?)
Does anyone know of any adjustable gas shocks for the front/rear which has the controlling mechanism accessible from the strut tower (so that adjustments can be made without the removal of anything)?
Any information would be most welcome
Cheers

Have a chat to Paul Pyyvaara, he has a Whiteline kit in his MA61 which I think includes some adjustable stuff.
You'll find his web page HERE.

MA61 is Macpherson strut front and trailing arm rear... MA70 is double wishbone all round. I don't think there are going to be many compatible suspension components between the two!
