Hard to start 7MGTE in the mornings

Hey,
Ever since owning the Soarer it has been a little difficult to start in the mornings. on supraforums.com some say it could be the cold start injectors, but ever since I have installed the rebuilt CT26 it seems to be a little bit harder to start, and now blows a little tiny bit of blue coloured smoke when first started.
Any suggestions? What do I do if it is something to do with the Cold Start Injectors?
ohh and by the way I am using Magnatec 10W oil, is this too thin? It was recommended to me by the idiots at the auto shop.

I doubt its too thin, its the oil recommended on the Castrol website, and it runs fine in my old 21R-C.
Actually, since using the Magnatec my car is better than ever in cold mornings.

i'd remove your idle up valve and clean the greasy gum that jams them up from time to time. That will alow the idle to be higher and will aid your starting. It's most likely not your cold start injector, they are very difficult to block up.

question..
when you start the car in the mornings do u put the key in and turn it over instantly?
or do u put the key in turn it to "start" wait 3-5 seconds for the ECU to do a pre-start diagnosis (and for ABS light to turn off) and then crank it over?
the 2nd method works well to lower cranking times on our MX83 cressida.
might be worth a try.

Its on the intake manifold towards the front and has a 6 wire plug going into it. It has a large air tube going into it that doesn;t go to the throttle body.

I had something similiar, turned out all my spark plugs were fooked.
Does the engine move as like the starter is turning the motor over?
If you are doing it for a while do you get a smell of petrol?
