No idea about technical info on them, but I have noticed over the years that they hold their value suprisingly well. Besides that I have always preferred this model Celica over the later models that followed.

Good luck with finding your car, you should be able to find a really good one if you have the patience.

If its of any value,
I was going to sell mine to friend, but sale fell through. ATM not selling it sorry (
BUT
It is a 1986 Celica SX (3SGE)
'zaust (brrrooooommm!)
Larger Wheels
Recent new stuff...
Gearbox
CVs
Clutch
Aircon
The guy before me spent some redicurous amount on "pre-emtive" maintenance. Forgotten most of it ATM.
Runs nicely, 210 on the clock.
$3800*
*NOT FOR SALE ATM
Havent spent a tenth of what celica162 has. His is awesome value.
They are an AWESOME car for what you pay. Outhandle, and keep pace with my other car, Turbo MX6. Mind you, past about 80 the extra torque of the MX6 leaves the poor celica behind.
Im in the Northern Beaches if you want to have a look at the car itself, go for a drive etc To get a feel for them.
Regards, jimbo
