Hey all
My Window mech is rooted on the driver side.....
i took it out today and it seems like the cogs have slipped of each other or the teeth have been chipped or something like that, on the winder part of it.....due to the regulator being all stiff
Does anyone know if i can actually open that bit up where the winder connects up to that cog part bit so i can sus out whats going on ???
or can i buy that part separate ??? or do i have to buy a whole new regulator
Ta

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I have the same problem with both of the rear windows of my ta23, they don't close properly with out a bit of persuasion and they dont line up with the trim.
Haven't looked inside yet, still getting rid of some patches of rust on the body work.

I spoke to Toyota about this just a few days ago! You need to buy the complete regulator! I think they are about $118!
