just wondering if anyone out there knew if a body kit for a TA22 would fit straight on to a TA23 with out modification?

I can tell you that a front spoiler is unlikely to fit perfectly as the TA22 and TA23 front ends are quite different. Rear and sides should be the same though.
I hope you're not planning to uglify a classic Celica with some tacky plastic add-ons?
