I have 4x Xircom Realport PCMCIA 56k Global/10-100 Lan Cards for Laptops available. These are top of the range and pretty much the best card on the market. RRP is $489.00 and they are current model.
They are OEM units and come with drivers for Windows NT/95/98/ME/2000/XP.
$200ea Neg depending on quantity purchased and for interstate buyers express postage is included in the price.
