Was coming home from UNI Yesterday and the road was wet, as i came into the city i gave it a bit of punch with the right foot, and when it boosted the rear end lit up, so a snapped 3rd and took off. About 5min later i looked behind me and see a highway patrol car tailing me, I say to my mate lucky that cop behind me wasnt behind me when i spun the wheels! so what does my mate do turn around and look at the cop!! so on went the sirens!
Cop: do you know why we pulled you over?
Me: random breath test?
Cop: NO you spun the wheels back there
Me: umm umm oh yeah nar that was the wet road, orange light etc
Cop: o ok nar its alright, it was only a little spinny Have ya got ya licence on ya?
Me: Nar i cant find it
Cop: Have you got a licence?
Me: Yeah, i have got my licence number in my phone etc
Cop ran a check on me! i wish i had a scanner on me at that moment, cop came back and said ok your right to go just make sure ya caryy ya licence on ya next time its a $75 fine
so i was very very lucky consdiering what some of you guys have been fined for
i suggest keeping your licence number on ya fone, as it saved my ass!

I was told it doesn't matter if u remember your licence number or not.
Well up here in Coffs they still fine you for no licence wether you know the number or not.

what i usually do, is keep my licence in my wallet  . then i wont get fined. yeah, good billy
