Well i think i killed my supra
Checked oil on Wednesday due to oil being found on driveway in the morning.
Half full..think to myself 'get paid on Tuesday, take it to a "professional" mechanic and get a full "whats wrong with my car" report'
Today driving to work i notice a small ticking noise which would go away when i reved over 2800rpm, pull over on the freeway to let it cool down, have a quick look and notice nothing loose or out of hte ordinary. Start her back up, ticking is way louder. Drive a little bit further on gets worse, worse, worse *thunk* loosing power...oh no....get to emergancy lane....WHATS TAKING THIS FUCKEN SEMI TRAILER SO LONG TO PASS ME...Turn off the car and then stop and think...hrmmm...no good...i bet she's out of oil. Check the dip stick and shit all oil on it Sad
Try to start her up just to see if she'll turn over (prolly not a good idea) and she wont turn. Get dad to pick me up and get some oil, put some in...still no go.
Call RAC, guy has a 15-20 minute look, tries to jump start her(no go), attaches huge wrech to fly wheel(wont budge at all...cant turn the engine over).
Fuck says i...call tow truck.

So this is where i'm at, not very good timing(in about 4-6 weeks i would of been in a situation to afford this)

Any suggestions on what could be wrong?
Worst case? not so bank busting case?

On the good side though both the RAC guy and tow truck guy said she's in beautiful condition apart from the dunger POS under the hood Smile

Much the same thing happened to my 5M-E a few years ago. I used this as an excuse to install a 6M-GE. Smile
