That's awesome man.
So how hard was it to fit the new engine?
Any mods ect you had to perform to make it fit?

well, i bought the car and it already had the engine fitted and wiring is done but needs to be checked. I have to install my fuel pump before i can crank it over though.
to get it engineered i need 280mm ventilated dicss on the front and a catalytic converter. THat is it. Of course i also have to get the diff conversion, front brake conversion, seat conversion and maybe rear brake conversion engineered.

the previous owner fitted the CHASERdash that came in the front cut.
Update on brakes, possibly using HZ holden hubs with 290mm ventilated discs and large single spot calipers. These are a direct fit with the XT130 corona stub axle and make it a lot cheaper than using newer commodore brakes or something like that.

Sounds like a plan, Bassaholic. What sort of monetry outlay are looking with this sort of conversion?
Let us know how it goes. Also, lots of pics, please.
