Looking for a 2JZGE halfcut but want a manual one, from what i can determine the following are the cars that came with a 2JZGE
Aristo GS300
Lexus IS300
JZZ31 Soarer
JZX90 Chaser
JZX100 Chaser/Verossa
JZA80 Supra
Now what i want to know is which actually came with the manual W58 tranny? I know the supra does and assume the lexus' dont have a manual tranny option.
Also which sump will i need (i beleive its a front sump) is that from the chaser and aristo?
Obviously a manual chaser cut would be ideal, but does it exist?
Just need this info solidified in my brain!
thanks guys!

- GS300/Aristo almost certainly doesn't have a manual option, it's a luxo-barge and from memory my Aristo front cut didn't even have provision for clutch hydraulics.
- I know the IS300/Altezza isn't available in manual form in Australia, but I'm not sure about Japan.
- SC300/Soarer was available in manual form in the US, so you could probably get them in Japan as well.
- Dunno about the Chaser, but I know the 1JZ version were available in manual form (rare) so the 2JZ's probably are as well.
- Of course the JZA80 Supra definitely comes in manual form.

The IS300 was released in the US 2002 in manual form, but not sure about JDM. Likely to be exxy (Lexus badge) and very recent.
SC300 was definitely available as a manual.

The IS300 version is actually slightly less powerful because they didn't have enough room for the exhaust so they shrank it.

Currently have a 2.5in mandrel system and will have custom extractors made up so it isnt really an issue

Soarer and Supra have the same mid rear sump.
Crown has the true mid sump.
Chaser and Aristo have the front sump.
There are others I have no doubt forgotten.
