Anyone using engine dampers on their car?
They work well? Where did you get them?
Any other info is all good!

Thanks

More info required...

What do you mean by 'engine dampers' exactly?

They bolt close to the top of your engine and then to the car body somewhere to help limit the engine twisting on the mounts!

Hey,

I know that the 97-2002 model V6 Camry came with an engine damper.
Looks just like a Shock absorber mounted from the Block to the Cross Member.

Cheers
T.

Do it the old school way - weld a piece of chain over the engine mount, so when things start to twist, the chain goes tight and holds it all in place. Also if you use a long enough piece of chain, you can get a fantastic rattling sound at idle Evil or Very Mad
