I think you are after a front/rear skirt.
Unless you are after a specific one you saw on someone's car, any body kit shop should be able to make you one to how you want it.

and those prices are the reason I dont like rice! 
for the cost of a front splitter (not even a proper fibreglass front kit) and a gt rear wing, I'd have half a FMIC

how do you figure this? its aerodynamic kit parts!
geez some people are just ignorant
rice is EXCESSIVE body kitting without function
these parts are very minimalisic and quite functional
look at an N2 race car, see the kit, its function
*sigh*
