Why do you want disks on the rear? Unless your doing some serious track work! The money you spend on such a thing could be used on better things like an intercooler!

If your still planning on doing a engine conversion, maybe you should just look into fitting a Borg Warner or Hilux diff! And guess what, you can get a Borg Warner with disks standard!

I think you'll find the SA63 has IRS, so a BW/Hilux rear end isn't going to fit. You can swap in an MA61 Supra rear end which will get you discs, but that's a whole lot of effort for not much gain. I agree with the above, unless you've already upgraded the front brakes (which do ~80% of the work) you'll notice little or no difference upgrading the rears.

Doh sorry about that! Forgot about the IRS!

Forget about the rear disks, its just not worth it!

if i put slotted rotors on the front and left the rear as is would it be safe for 150-200kw @ the wheels if i go ahead with the conversion

Just remember one thing, The rear brakes mean nothing if the fronts are not up to the task!

Slotted rotors and pads don't count as an "upgrade" in my books. Unless you're swapping in significantly larger rotors and calipers, a rear brake upgrade is a waste of time IMO.
