Im currently running a turbo off a rb20det skyline motor on my 4ag, and was wondering if this uses the same manifold as the t3 turbo's or in actual fact what bigger turbo can i basically just bolt on without changing anything else ? some kind of t3 ? what what price i would be looking at a decent second hand version of these?

Yes, the RB20 is a T3 flange, so any other turbo with a T3 flange will bolt straight to your manifold, but not necessarily to your dump pipe, water & oil lines.
What sort of second hand T3's are you looking at? remember that an older style T3 (from a VL RB30, or FJ20 etc) will be laggier than what you have now, for no huge improvement, other than the fact that they are steel wheeled, and can run more than 15psi boost.
Either a nissan VG30 or RB25 turbo will bolt straight up to your manifold AND dump pipe, and will provide greater flow than the RB20 unit, for slightly more lag, but expect to pay anywhere from $400 to $750 for a second hand one.
How does your 4AG go with the RB20 turbo? when do you get full boost? How much boost do you run?
Cheers
Phil

My 4ag pulls 135.1 kw @ treads with minimal tuning @ 16psi. I get full boost around 3500rpm maybe a tiny bit more. I was wanting a t3 turbo that would flow alot more to gain more power, and not be hugely 'lagier'
