You can get a magnaflow exhaust + installed for $300

yes, but then you have to wonder which muffler you are talking about. not all magnaflow's cost the same you know. This muffler is essentially just like the third one down on the left at this site.

OK so maybe 350 is a little wishfull. but this muffler is only a week old, and already has the over diff pipe, so all you need to do is (assuming over diff fits, it should i think) is wield on either a new flang on your existing pipe, or a new flange on the over diff pipe. then you're set to go. The welding should cost all of 20-30 bucks.
I'll take 300, and drop it at your girlfriends house.

i agree with stars. U are also wrong about magnaflow. Most of them are around $295. The same exhaust was on my old celica and payed around $300. Im sorry but its not worth close to that. Im out. No further interest.
