I'm in, but I do need my car going. I'm sure that atleast 5 of the Hachiroku boys would be in on the action as well. Though I can hardly put up the money for all of us. I will ask around.
When we have the cruise in July (see here), bring it up again, and get people to leave e-mail, phone or something. Rough quote would be nice. When I enquired at Tilbrook's, Mark said $80 or $75. 1 run for power and would print out torque aswell. At $80 its a bit rich, but closer to $50 and I'm there.
Add this to the South Australia section here on Toymods, see what reaction you get. Another option would be making open to all cars, and see if people on Performance Forums and Adelaide Underground are interested. Obviously, the more people in, the lower the cost.
Time frame: late August, but that's a selfish date to ensure my car is going.

I use to remember dyno runs only cost about $45 for a single power run with print out.

What about booking for time on the dyno instead of per car? It may work out cheaper. It can't cost more than $100 (or even $200) an hour. If all you are doing is one run, it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours - unless people tune their cars and use more than one run.
