Basically as the title says. Does anyone know how to remove the headlights from a JZZ30 Soarer? Is it possible to remove them without removing the front bar?

Headlights don't need the bar out but high beams do.
Removal is fairly straight forward: -
Jack front of car up, remove wheeel/guard liner, remove two 10mm nuts holding light assembly on inner guard side, remove electrical plugs from the back of the beam assembly and remove visible 10mm bolt on the radiator side of the light assembly. Raise the front lower section and slide out - careful not to scratch the bar on the way out.
