im really tired right now, but tomorrow afternoon (saturday) i will pull out my 2tgeu manual and get the exact torque settings for your requirments.

now your going 3T bottom end
Rods: 53 - 63 ft-lb or 7.2 - 8.8 kg/m
flywheel: FT!!!
if you want anymore settings just email me, I've only just built my hybrid 3T-G four months ago.

you lazy bastard juzzo!
connecting rod and cap for the 2T is-
400-500kg.cm (28.9-36.2ft.lb)
the flywheel-
580-660kg.cm (42-47.7ft.lbs) for the 2T
810-890kg.cm(58.6-64.4ft.lb) for the 2TG
These torques from the Toyota Carina and Celica Repair Manual. You'll probably have to put a bit more torque on them as a hybrid would go harder than a stock engine, so bigbadbenny's right, just do the flywheel up FT!
