What type of steel do I make my turbo Mainfold outta???

HI
I am going to make a manifold for a 1JZGTE, can someone point me in the right way as to how thick should the flanges be and how thick should the piping be?, and I take it it is steam pipe!

i am making a single turbo manifold for a 1jzgte too .. i gave the gasket to a laser cutting place and they cut it out of 12mm plate.. cost lik $50 or so .. and yes thick wall steam bends .. cant remem size of pipe but its a tad bigger than the exhaust ports .. i think its 1" 1/4 .. good luck matey .. give u a tip ... start with the colector 1st if u are making a full tubular style .. 6 pipes into that one little hole for tha turbo .. is the hardest task from then on its all downhill !!!

i used 12mm flat bar for the flanges.
