it has been done to a "crappy" 5me

talk to sean, "ms75"(?) he did a huge turbo upgrade on teh 5me and made massive figures. and GT, he did an mteu / 5me turbo hybrid, and is looking at making around 200+hp

look at the big bloody turbo! hmm i cant really understand what he said but the drive shaft snapped and took out all the fuel lines under the car?

hmm, that pic is going in my folder, (not the tail shaft)

interesting that it doesn't say "supercharged" all over it, i wonder if it is an ex-4AGE or ex 4AGZE.

i'll exercise my knowledge here, as i have the front half shaft of my more modestly powered hachi lying beside my computer and say:

i'll bet he was pretty frigging glad that it broke on the diff side, rather than have a flailing tailshaft being spun around still being powered by the engine! otherwise i dare say he might have taken out more than just the fuel lines.

maybeye it is marked ready to be sold at the wreckers, just undolt the broken bit and the rear half shaft will look as good as new!

The tail shaft was placed next to the car to take the photo...

I'd say that the owner might've kept the tailshaft and labelled it for memories... Maybe it says number 2 or 3 on the underside Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy ...

I don't see why someone would buy a fucked Tailshaft from the wreckers...

I'm not saying anyone's bought a fuct tailshaft, I'm saying it looks like that tailshaft is not original to the car, that it was bought from a wrecker, who had it labelled for an AE86, to replace the cars original unit.
I'm wondering if the original one was also snapped wih too much power.
